Happy Holidays to all. I hope that everyone is enjoying their time this Holiday Season.  Although I promised to take the day off yesterday I just happened to take a look at my emails on my phone and there it was, an offer had just come in on one of our homes for sale in North Park. It is one of our Short Sales and it's been a little challenging. What should I do? It was Christmas Day and I told myself that I would take that day off.  Should I let our seller know or should I wait until the next day? The truth is that if I emailed our seller with the good news it would be pretty quick. A phone call would be longer and I said "I wasn't going to work on Christmas ". Well, you guessed it. I did email our seller with the good news. Subject line to be "Christmas Joy".  He was soooo happy and it made his day so I really do not feel bad about cheating yesterday and checking my emails on a day that I said I wouldn't.
