Short Sales and Foreclosures are something that is unfortunately much too popular these days in San Diego and everywhere in the United States, and in other countries right now.

I keep running into people that want to know where they can find out more about these types of properties and how can they find them before they go back to the bank, and/ or before the bank puts them on the open market. 

Here are a few sites that you can go on and do some homework. You will be able to look up several things such as when the bank plans to take them back, what the opening bids are and much more. With that being said; If you are not an expert Real Estate Investor, then you may just want to look for your own curiosity.  This is a dangerous way to buy properties if you do not know what you are doing!!
