Took on 3 short sale listings approximately 4 months ago.  2 of them were approved and we are scheduled to close within the next 2 weeks.  The other 2 are very close to closing.  Patience is a virtue for everyone involved in these types of transactions.

The banks are making it a little easier for successful short sales to occur; as long as the sellers have true hardships and are able to provide all of the documents necessary that the banks want to see.

It feels good knowing that we have been able to help out our clients that needed to sell and were upside down on their home. They can now sigh a breath of relief.
