Great news for home owners in trouble.  Many individuals have fallen behind in their mortgage payment, not because they bought a home that they couldn't afford or were put into a loan that they shouldn't have been in.  Some people have become unemployed and have gone through all their savings trying to pay their bills while not being able to find another job. Others have become ill.
