So it looks like we have been a little quiet with Homes Sales in North Park during the first two weeks of January of 2011. In reality we have been pretty busy with the preparation of several homes coming on the market this weekend and we are making sure that they look as good as they possibly can. Making sure that this happens is what we set out to do before opening up these homes to the public. There is a saying that I once heard of. "It becomes a price war and a beauty contest." This is for sure and we want to make sure that our clients are the winners and come out on top.  You have one shot to make a good impression and we do our best along with our team of specialist to make sure this happens.

This weekend, available for sale we have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo a few blocks from Bird park, 2 bedroom 1 bath Spanish Style Bungalow in the Morley Field area and another 2 bedroom 1 bath Craftsman also in North Park close to Morley Field that are ready to go on the market this Sat and we will be Open on Sunday for open houses from 1-3pm.

We also have been preparing another 3 bedroom 2 bath in South Park that will go up for Sale next week along with Two other 2 bedroom 1 bath in North Park. So if you have been wondering why you haven't  seen our pink signs out in the last 2-3 weeks wonder no more.  They will be all over North Park starting this week end and for the rest of 2011. North Park is a desirable neighborhood and people want to live here so rest assure that it will be a busy year in Real Estate again.
