I'd like to share this tidbit of information today.  Before you put your home on the market, consider the fact the lenders are very particular in lending their money out to home buyers these days. If you see any type of paint chips anywhere on your property, scrape, vacuum and then give a fresh coat of paint. We are seeing that lenders are sending appraisers out twice. First check then recheck.  

This is especially happening with VA and FHA loans.  So if you want a larger pool of buyers and more money at the end of the sale, then I suggest fix the cracks, pick up the chips and paint the walls. It will pay off in the end.
